The Dornet Homebuyer Programme

Four main categories

· People who ask for rentals

· People who want to buy

· People who cannot afford to buy because of bad credit

· People who want to buy in the future

Customers who seeks for available properties to rent.

Do you want your rental payment to go straight toward the property you would own where all the rent is not lost or would you like to buy if you could?

We help homebuyers offer a rent to buy programme where you can move into a property straight after completion, and when it has been assigned to you and live in it as if it were your own home and then buy it after a fixed period of time.

Customers who apply for finance and cannot get the mortgage they need

We help homebuyers by offering a rent to buy programme where you can move into a property straight after completion or when it has been assigned to you and live in it as if it were your own home and then buy it after a fixed period of time.

The main difference between rental and rent to buy is that the customer agrees to look after the home as though it were their own from the start. This means looking after the maintenance and insurance etc. Many people are happy to improve their homes as whatever improvements they make do not add to the price they will pay when they buy the property. The property purchase price will be fixed for the occupant.

People who cannot afford to buy because of bad credit

The time lost repairing bad credit most often doesn’t help new homebuyers when it’s time to buy property. It normally takes 5 to 6 years to repair bad credit, which property prices would have increased whilst saving reduces.

We help homebuyers offer a rent to buy programme where you can move into a property straight after completion, and when it has been assigned to you and live in it as if it were your own home and then buy it after a fixed period of time.

People who want to buy in the future

People who are willing to save some money to support their children in the future to buy property when they have reached government-approved age.

We help the parent get their children on the programme and assign property in turn at the statutory age, if the underage member moves within the property allocation number, such property will be held in trust, rented out to other members at a discounted price and revenue returns to the programme whilst such member will be allocated the property at the statutory age bracket.

Customers Circumstances

There are many different ways to make this work.

· Some customers have some deposit money to in and this makes a big difference in an affordable rental.

· If the customer has no deposit to put into the deal then the property allocation will be based on how much they can afford to pay each month.

· The customer needs to be able to pay the monthly rental and the insurance each month.

· Their circumstances are not important as long as they can make monthly payment.

· The customer must not be a homeowner.

· Member will only be able to see projects within their registered address city

· The customer must be a resident of the country where the property is located or being developed.
